Will use these hooks for a bath, will wet towels cause the hooks to rust?

Our finishes are a baked on, are durable and are easy to maintain. To clean and care for the iron, any number of clear household spray and wipe polishing products will work. One of our favorites is a sweet smelling automotive spray wax called Express Shine. It deposits a fine layer of protective wax that may be wiped and lightly buffed. Thin-spray wax, generously applied, will flow into the nooks and crannies to help protect the piece from moisture.
